Agravo da Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, interposto no Conselho da Fazenda, solicitando a revogação de um despacho do provedor e feitor-mor da Alfândega de Lisboa, que indeferira a entrega de 200 arrobas de açúcar, livres de imposto, ao Hospital de Todos-os-Santos.
O referido despacho punha em causa o cumprimento do Alvará Régio de 7 de Janeiro de 1697.
Inclui, entre outros documentos, uma certidão do mencionado diploma legal.
