Inclui os três atestados do estilo passados por Manuel António Norberto da Silva e pelo padre Boaventura Rodrigues da Silva, respetivamente, regedor substituto e [coadjutor] da freguesia de Santa Catarina da cidade de Lisboa, e por Luís Augusto Montes Pimentel e Silva, regedor da freguesia de Santa Isabel da mesma cidade.
