Pagamento trimestral dos vencimentos dos juros reais pertencentes à Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, à semelhança do que se praticava com os ordenados dos ministros e oficiais da Justiça e da Fazenda.
Determina ainda que as tenças atribuídas à referida Misericórdia fossem pagas, anualmente, no mês de Janeiro.
Inclui uma cópia da Portaria do Erário Régio, de 20 de Outubro de 1777, estipulando o cumprimento do disposto no mencionado decreto.
